We provide free shipping on all domestic (USA) orders of 50$ or more. Orders up to 50$ are subject to a 5$ shipping fee. Since we are using multiple fulfillment centers, the shipment can take between 3-7 days. Should your shipment not arrive in time, please contact our support team at info@premvida.com

We provide free returns on all orders.

To charge the ARROW, turn the carry handle clockwise and remove carefully by pulling the handle. Below the handle you will find the charging port. Use the charging cable included in your box and plug it into the port. The light on the outlet end indicates the status: red = charging; green = fully charged. Charging time can take up to 3h.

We are providing an extended warranty period of 1 year if you register your purchase within 30 days after delivery at www.premvida.com/warranty

If your product arrived in a damaged condition, please reach out to us at info@premvida.com and send us a photo of the damage. We will provide you with an exchange unit free of charge.
