We provide free shipping on all domestic (USA) orders of 99$ or more. Orders up to 99$ are subject to a shipping fee. To charge the ARROW, turn the carry handle clockwise and remove carefully by pulling the handle. Below the handle you will find the charging port. Use the charging cable included in your box and plug it into the port. The light on the outlet end indicates the status: red = charging; green = fully charged. Charging time can take up to 3h.
For any technical failures of the product please reach out to our support team at info@premvida.com. We will either repair or exchange your unit free of charge.
