It is our mission to provide the best recovery products possible. We want you to enjoy everything your purchase from us. In case you are not satisfied with any of our products for any reason, please return the product to us within 30 days and we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for damaged/defective products.
Products that are being registered here within 30 days from the day of purchase will be awarded with a 1 year warranty period from the date of purchase. During this period we will provide repair or exchange of products, which are not usable due to technical or manufacturing failure. Human induced failures such as physical damage to the product, water damage, damages resulting from fire or damages resulting from improper use will not be covered by the warranty. Premvida reserves the right to decide on whether the customer will receive a full refund on the order if requested.
